The Luxury Lifestyle & Concierge Associate will be responsible for managing requests and administration for some of our most discerning Members and their demanding lifestyle needs. The role would include would involve working alongside Lifestyle Managers and supporting them in addressing members' lifestyle requirements, such as restaurant reservations, experiences and hotel bookings both in Dubai and in some of the most sought-after International cities.

Details

• Providing excellent customer service to Members
• Conducting research and putting together itineraries
• Liaising with partners and suppliers to fulfil Members needs
• Monitoring and logging requests on L'invité internal CRM and Reservations system
• Working towards meeting top service levels and KPIs

Qualifications

• University bachelors degree
• Reservations or hostess background in luxury hospitality or concierge
• Excellent written & oral communication skills in English (in addition French and Arabic also a plus)
• Ability to work towards strict deadlines and under pressure
• Proactive & reactive problem solving - know the membership base and anticipate their needs and show initiative
• Passionate about customer service with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong IT & CRM systems skills (Databases, Microsoft Office etc).
